hyplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
All financial transactions on the hyplay Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). hyplay does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.
The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits and withdrawals on hyplay:
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. hyplay is not responsible for delays in the crediting of funds caused by third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers. Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
hyplay may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented.
General bonus conditions applicable to all hyplay promotions include:
hyplay's decision on all bonus-related matters is final and binding.
All games available on the hyplay Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hyplay makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude hyplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
